Dotty's is a place with a past and a purpose.
For decades, this spot on Highway 3 in Etna, California was where the community and travels gathered for burgers, ice cream, and an elephant named Akili who lived right next door. It was the kind of place people never forgot.
Now it's coming back. Same soul, new standard. Every burger is made with Regenerative Organic Certified beef from StarWalker Organic Farms, right up the road. Every ingredient is 100% organic. There are no seed oils in our kitchen. No hidden ingredients on our menu. Just real food, made the way it was meant to be, in a place that was meant to bring people together.
